Supermoon Style: Ethical Fashion Does Fall

Supermoon Style Ethical Fashion

Did you catch this weekend's supermoon? It kind of blew my mind. Jessica (of Thread and Bones fame) joined me on the roof to watch it rise, and thanks to her quick f-stop tutorial I was able to capture a little bit of its glory.

It'll still be warm here for another month or so, but I'm in full Autumn mode and ready to drink my weight in chai lattes. The ethical fashion world appears to agree, with several AW15 collections debuting in the past couple of weeks. Along with the usual oranges, browns, greys, ochers, and burgundies, I've noticed a lot of white this year. I love the way it offsets the season's richer palette, and I'm especially digging the new, almost-here Everlane Petra bag.

I spent a lot of time last year searching out ethical sweaters, coats, and scarves – so I probably won't be doing much shopping this season. But that won't stop me from perusing my favorite ethical brands to bring you a few highlights.
